TUCSON, AZ — The biggest public job fair on Tucson's fall calendar is 11 days out. Pima County's Community Job Fair fills Kino Event Center on Tuesday, October 6, from 1 to 4 p.m., with employers from ten sectors, from aviation and manufacturing to call centers and warehouses, all under one roof.

The county lists ten industries for this edition: health care, aviation, construction, the food industry, manufacturing, education, transportation, call centers, government and warehouses. Its flyer puts the count at about 50 employers. The county has not published a named employer roster, so treat the sector list as the promise and the specific tables as a surprise you find out about at the door.

Licenses and certifications for health care, commercial driving and the trades, in original form.
Your availability in writing, including shifts you cannot cover.

Two other county-listed events sit on either side of it. Pima Care at Home is recruiting direct care workers on Monday, September 28, from 9 a.m. to noon at the ARIZONA@WORK North Tucson office, 316 W. Fort Lowell Road.
